With the Moama netball complex looking fantastic, players took to the court in cold conditions and did the club proud, with six wins, one draw and one loss by a solitary goal. The A grade girls came up against a rough, physical Rumbalara team.
Moama played strong, skilful netball but at the end of the day the girls couldn't quite take the win.
Final score: Rumbalara 35 d Moama 34.

B grade played a steady first half, setting up a nine-goal lead at half time.
Rumbalara stepped up in the second half, however Moama quickly adjusted and, with strong defence, allowed ample opportunities for the goalers to maintain their lead.
Final score: Moama 45 d Rumbalara 37.

C grade displayed good defensive pressure and attacking netball which made the game good to watch.
Moama moved to space and created good passages of play.
Rumbalara led early, however Moama fought back hard with the game ending in an exciting draw.
Final score: Moama 45 drew with Rumbalara 45.

C reserve played a hard fought game against a tough Rumbalara side with all players putting in 100 per cent.
In an exciting match, Kelsey Ward played hard through the centre supported by Chanelle Nurse.
Tekari Albert was good in defence against an accurate goaling duo.
In the end, Moama broke through to take a three-goal win.

The under 17 girls played a consistent game to win comfortably.
Mylie Kilmartin played well in centre to win best on court, while Steph Orchard played a confident game.

Under 15 went in to its match expecting a tough encounter and got just that.
Moama wasted many opportunities in attack, however the defenders played well with the score even at half time.
The third quarter saw the girls obtain the lead which they held to the final bell, winning by seven goals. Final score: Moama 35 d Rumbalara 28.

The under 13 match was a scrappy game in which the score was even until half time.
From then the mid court players started to open up the court to create better passages of play.
Tilly Keenan took some nice intercepts with great support from Tyler Murphy and Amy Wright.
Victoria Farrell moved into goal defence and ran well, making great play.

The under 12s pleased parents and spectators with their teamwork.
Players found themselves in unfamiliar positions, however to their credit, when in goals they shot well.
